A tiffin is a flexible meal delivery service providing freshly made, home-style meals without any long-term commitments. Order only when you want — no subscriptions required.

Unlike traditional tiffin services, we offer a commitment-free model. You decide when to order — no weekly or monthly subscriptions.

Our meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen by experienced professionals following all FDA guidelines.

Yes, we provide a range of vegetarian dishes, carefully prepared in separate containers using dedicated utensils to avoid cross-contamination.

We cannot guarantee a nut-free environment as our kitchen processes nuts. We recommend avoiding our service if you have severe nut allergies.

For our weekly meal service, we do not offer Jain options due to bulk cooking. However, we can accommodate Jain preferences for catering orders.

Simply select your preferred day (Monday or Thursday), choose your curries, daal, rotis, and rice, add any special items, and proceed to checkout.

Our meals are cooked fresh on the day of delivery. We require 48 hours to source fresh ingredients and complete preparation.

Deliveries are made on Mondays and Thursdays between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. You can leave a cooler outside if you won't be home.

We accept online payments via credit card only.

Loyalty points can be redeemed at checkout. Available points and applicable discounts will be displayed.

Refunds are processed within 2–5 days and usually appear in your account within 7–10 business days.

Our Curry Club is a subscription model where members receive meals automatically each week. Free delivery for orders over $100.

Yes, you can pause your plan for one week through 'My Account.' To extend the pause, contact us at spicerackatleanta@gmail.com or call 910-703-5199.

Go to 'My Account', select 'Manage Subscription', and click 'Unpause'.

Weekly, starting from your first delivery date.

Log into your account, go to 'My Account', and select 'Account Settings' to update your details.

Visit 'My Account', select 'Address Book', and add or update your address.

Add any gate codes, parking instructions, or special delivery notes in the 'Notes' section during checkout.
