  • Individual Orders – Order as needed from our rotating menu.
  • Subscription Plans – Subscribe to meal plans that renew automatically (weekly, monthly, etc.).

All meals are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify menu items, meal plans, and pricing without prior notice.

4. Payment & Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your account. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Subscription charges will recur automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Secure Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details. By making a purchase, you agree to our payment provider’s terms.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time, subject to any cancellation policies outlined on our website.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for delivered meals, except where required by law or at our discretion.

7. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available on Mondays & Thursdays.
  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses or external factors.
  • Delivery fees apply and are displayed at checkout.
  • Pickup options are available based on your location.
  • Include gate codes, parking instructions, or special notes to ensure smooth delivery.

8. Dietary & Allergen Information

We strive to provide accurate ingredient details, but we cannot guarantee meals are completely free of allergens. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us before placing an order.
